Hi, I’m Marci! I’m a mountain loving momma of two (and two pups). In my free time you will find me climbing mountains, biking, skiing, and doing pilates. I thrive in nature and have made the mountains in Colorado my home.

My wellness journey began several years ago when I was diagnosed with Graves disease, an autoimmune disease of the thyroid. I dealt with numerous symptoms and became frustrated when I was told feeling this way was normal, that diet and lifestyle changes wouldn’t make a difference, and that I should expect to be on medication my entire life. As a young mom, this was not an acceptable answer for me. Working with a functional nutritionist, I was able to make food and lifestyle changes and use targeted supplementation, based on lab results, that helped me heal my body. I am no longer taking medication and have been in remission for several years. Healing is not linear, as a result, my journey hasn’t been quick or easy, but I have found what currently works well for my bio-individuality and have never felt better! My personal health journey has initiated my desire to support people who want to feel their best and are tired of having their symptoms dismissed.

As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and Restorative Wellness Practitioner (RWP), I believe that real health can be achieved through a holistic and bio-individual approach to nutrition, lifestyle and targeted supplementation. I believe that many of today’s health problems result from weaknesses in the body’s physiological foundations brought on by poor nutrition. As a functional nutritionist, I will work with you to develop a customized plan based on lab testing and focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of dysfunction in your body.
